The Library of Congress is the largest library in the world, with millions of books, recordings, photographs, newspapers, maps and manuscripts in its collections. Its central mission is to provide Congress, the federal government, and the American people with an enduring source of knowledge that can be relied upon to inform, inspire, and engage them, and support their intellectual and creative endeavors.
In 2016, Ignited was awarded an IDIQ contract to provide ongoing marketing and advertising services on behalf of the Library’s Office of Business Enterprises aimed at creating brand awareness, expanding its customer base, improving customer retention, and increasing sales.
The omni-channel marketing support activities facilitate ongoing communication and interaction with the Library’s customer base, and create a unified voice for the Office of Business Enterprises.
Services under the contract include creative development and production, digital development and production, and media planning and buying.
